Lymphocytic infiltrate of Jessner (LID) is a rare inflammatory disorder of the dermis characterized by the formation of lymphocytic infiltrates, resulting in the development of localized erythematous papules or plaques on the skin. The areas most commonly affected are the face, neck, and upper body. Clinically, it appears as asymmetrically distributed, multiple, well-defined papules that may vary in size and texture. The disease is not a neoplastic process and in most cases resolves spontaneously without significant treatment. However, in some cases, intervention may be required to relieve symptoms and speed up recovery.<\/p>\n
