Felty's syndrome is a relatively rare but serious autoimmune disease that is a complex of clinical manifestations associated with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis, hypersplenism and neutropenia. This syndrome was first described in 1924 and tends to have an early periodic manifestation in the form of severe inflammatory changes in the joints, subsequently leading to deformations and persistent loss of function. Mostly women aged 30 to 50 years are affected. The most pronounced clinical spectrum includes the body's ability to produce antibodies and the subsequent development of various infections, which is directly proportional to the adequacy of the functional indicators of the immune system. These pathological changes can significantly worsen the quality of life of patients and require a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment in order to minimize the consequences of the disease.<\/p>\n
