This leads to a disruption of the metabolism of various substances, such as glucose, amino acids, phosphates, bicarbonates and other electrolytes. The main manifestations of the syndrome include glycosuria, aminopeturia, phosphaturia and metabolic acidosis. The disease can be caused by both genetic factors and specific environmental conditions. In the pathogenesis of Fanconi syndrome, a violation of the reabsorption of substances is of great importance, which can lead to multiple systemic complications and significantly worsen the quality of
